The answer to this question depends on whether or not you plan (or are eligible) to apply for rebates. Applying to rebates takes much longer due to the overall requirements needed for your application. 

Although the actual physical install only takes 1-2 business days, the application process can take some time to complete.

• Applying for rebates requires: Gas permit, electrical permit, mechanical permit, heat loss calculation and possibly more! All of these may require an additional $3-4000 in total costs and can take 6-12 months from start to finish your application
• No rebates may require: electrical permit and mechanical permit
